The Finance Conduct Authority (FCA) regulates all financial firms providing services to customers to maintains the integrity of the UK’s financial markets. As a firm that is regulated, the FCA require that we provide you with an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD), which details information about us, all the services we offer, any charge we make for providing these services, and our complaints process.

Who Are We?

Ecofleet UK Ltd whose registered office is Dawson Road, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 3AE is a fleet management organisation who also operate as an independent vehicle finance broker, not a lender, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our Financial Conduct Authority Firm Reference Number is 660 522, which can be verified by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768 or by viewing the Financial Services Register at www.fca.org.uk.

What we offer?

We offer a range of fleet management and vehicle leasing facilities through a panel of very carefully selected partners and lenders from whom we may receive an introductory fee or commission.The commission may be a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount financed.  The amount of commission we earn will not affect the amount customers pay under their agreement.

What services do we provide you with?

We will provide you with general information and advice relating to fleet management and finance products or comparable details of firms most appropriate to your information/ lending requirements. In assessing your requirements, we may ask for information about your personal circumstances and objectives to enable us to identify your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information enabling us to formulate the selection of firms offered, from which you can more easily make your choice.

What do we charge for our services?

It is our policy not to charge any admin, processing fee , setting up fee or any other fees.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

In order to process your application for finance, it is necessary for us  to collect personal information from you. This information will only be shared with the finance lender we have selected for you.

What do you do if you need to make a complaint?

We will always endeavour to offer you outstanding service and buying experience when dealing with us, and take our commitment to treating customers fairly very seriously. If however you wish to make a complaint you can do so by one of the following methods:

Our Complaints Policy and procedure is available to view on our website. If you are not satisfied with a decision taken in respect of a complaint or appeal, you may contact the BVRLA (our industry trade association) who will act as an independent arbiter, at www.bvrla.co.uk Consumer Credit customers also have the legal right to refer unresolved disputes to the Financial Ombudsman Service within six months from the date of the final decision at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumer/complaints.
