Thank you for your order via ecofleet

It is our intention to make your buying experience as pleasant and as uncomplicated as possible. To this end please find below a simple guide which explains the processes.

STEP 1: Choose Your Vehicle

ecofleet can provide quotations on any vehicle with any variations and accessories.

STEP 2: Establish a Credit Line

A credit line will need to be established before any order can be placed. Kindly complete and submit our on line application form which can be found under the Apply tab.

STEP 3: Read the data protection statement

In carrying out credit checks we will register your name and address, but nothing else about you, with a licensed credit reference agency. A record of the search will kept by the agency, the finance house and ecofleet

 STEP 4: Place your Order

Once your credit line has been approved, we will email a vehicle order form for your review.  The order form will detail the exact make and model, interior and exterior colour and, any additional specification to your chosen vehicle and the acceptance of the rentals quoted. Please review,approve (sign) the order form and return via post or email to ecofleet.

STEP 5: Order is placed with a supplying dealer

ecofleet will place your order with one of our supplying dealer network on your behalf. Our dealer network offers a very high level of service standard and we would prefer to use our own approved network but will use others if required.

STEP 6: Sign your Documents

Once the vehicle has arrived at the dealership, a direct debit form and a contractual finance agreement will be dispatched for your review and approval (signature) confirming the terms of the agreement. Please send these documents back to EcoFleet  in the post with the initial payment.

STEP 7:  Delivery

Once all documents have been received and verified our administration department will contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure you give the correct delivery address and time you would be available to take delivery of your new vehicle.

STEP 8 :  Follow up post delivery

We will contact you every 6 months during your contract to ensure you are satisfied with your order and update you with any important information regarding your choice of vehicle .
